One piece nozzle
easy leveling : lock the first, adjust the second and lock it with the pneumatic fitting (using an hex key)
adjust the height of the second nozzle according to the first
then lock it.

I like the Reprappro hotend since I built an eMaker Huxley in 2011. I kept this part in my FoldaRap design but found a way to make it more compact. And by getting rid of the vertical mount that leave room to eventually add more nozzles, which I did.
the trick to screw the two heat-block is to use a file to turn gently the steel tube from the back through the heatsink-block, the nozzle will lock everything
left, the original reprappro hotend; middle and right, possible thing to try for a more compact hotend
